For the rounded corners on my doors i did not fill the gap in.
Trim of any type makes cabinet doors appear expensive.
Place a weight on it and leave it for 10 to 12 hours.
As the doors ended so did the top of the cabinet.
You can attach it to the edges around the perimeter or flat on the face of the door.
After 10 minutes press again.
Sand the mdf shaker cabinet doors.
The frame measures the exact same size as the sides and front of the cabinet.
This will assure the bond is firm.
The first problem was that there was no lip on the cabinet in which to add molding.
I am thinking about doing this to our flat faced.
I just set the trim pieces to the edge of the door right before it started rounding off.
This step completes the addition of trim to the kitchen.
It wasn t an exact science but you really didn t noticed it at all once the doors were all hung.
Oh man you guys.
If it is a wooden trim simply nail it to the cabinet.
Then it s time to fill in all the holes and gaps with wood filler or spackling paste.

After adding the trim pieces to all the cabinet doors sand the edges of the trim to make everything even.
These are actually rounded too my husband was doubtful because of that reason but turns out you can t really tell.
I m so excited about this post i can t even tell you.
We built a frame that would sit on top of the cabinet and that we could attach the trim to the frame above the cabinet.
Just make sure you are laying the trim pieces consistently across all doors.
